Deposits

A 25% deposit is required for every date without exception.
For FMTY engagements a 50% - 75% deposit is required.
Your deposit reserves your appointment exclusively, as I may be turning away other enquiries to hold that time for you. It may also contribute towards arrangements made specifically for our date, such as travel, outfits, food, or special requests.
Larger deposits may apply for extended bookings.
Rescheduling

Life happens!
For standard appointments, I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. For multi-hour bookings, 48 hours' notice is appreciated.
With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a new appointment within three months of your original booking.
Repeated cancellations or reschedules may require future bookings to be prepaid in full.
Cancellations

If I ever need to cancel and we're unable to find another suitable time, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Late arrivals

Appointments finish at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.
If you arrive late, our time together will simply be shortened accordingly. I'll always do my best to extend our time where possible, but this can't be guaranteed if I have another commitment afterwards.
